New Family Pictures

ok... after recieving an email from my sisiter-in-law, Linda, saying she had updated her family blog - I thought it was time for me to do the same with ours. When I looked, I couldn't believe it was last Dec that I had last updated it! I think it has something to do with the weather - we are still waiting for summer to arrive!

Actually, we had the most beautiful weather for 3 days, on the May Long weekend. With everyone there it was an excellant opportunity to take a new family picture. I added a few others that I took on the weekend also.

35th Anniversary Cruise

For our 35th wedding anniversary, Andy & I went on a cruise to the Carribbean. We had an absolutely fabulous time. We visited Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, Dominica, Curacao and Aruba. The weather was great , very hot in fact! and the food - unbelievable!

Here are some pictures that I took over various weekends that we have spent at the farm. The grandkids have been a great help to Andy with the painting and cleaning up.

Holiday in Peachland

Opa, Oma, Shane, Julie, Brittany, Brendan, Brooke and me having a wonderful time in Peachland. Shane and Julie came over to John's condo to visit us and we all had a great day despite the on again/off again showers most of the day!!

On June 16, 2007, Andy, Jason , Aaron and I golfed in the CCS Golf Tournament. We had so much fun the last thing we expected was to come in first place, tied with 3 others teams!! After the pros figured out the handicaps etc., we came in 3rd. I have to admit that I surprised myself on a few holes, but the real heros of the day were Jason and Aaron, both of which had an exeptional game.
After the tourney we enjoyed a fabulous dinner also put on by the CCS and also had a chance to catch up with some people we hadn't seen in ages.
